Lumro pilot terms

These terms describe the current design-partner pilot operated by Nullware LLC under the Lumro name. By connecting a community, activating a pilot, or purchasing the founding plan, you agree to them for yourself and the organization you represent.

The service

Lumro prepares a private simulation of a community support agent and, if you choose, connects to a bounded Discord history so selected staff can test explicit support questions. The service is an early controlled pilot. Features, limits, and model behavior may change as we learn from design partners.

Your authority and responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorized to connect the named Discord server, approve the selected channel history, select pilot participants, and act for the organization when you explicitly claim billing ownership. Discord administrator access alone does not make someone the billing owner.

You are responsible for your community notices, permissions, and use of Lumro output. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, private messages, health data, or other information that the selected support channel does not need.

AI answers are drafts, not authority

Lumro can misunderstand old messages, miss context, or produce an incorrect answer. It is designed to decline or escalate when the evidence is weak, but that safeguard is not perfect. You must review the pilot before wider use and keep staff responsible for current prices, policy, eligibility, legal, financial, safety, and account decisions.

Free pilot and paid plan

The current staff pilot is free for 14 days beginning with the first authorized staff question sent through /lumro ask. It does not require payment details. If you choose to continue, the founding plan is $99/month (USD) for the customer organization and covers the Lumro communities owned by that organization.

Paid purchases are sold through Link as merchant of record and are also subject to the terms shown in its checkout. Link processes the transaction, applicable indirect taxes, receipts, payment disputes, and transaction support. Lumro provides the software and product support. Subscriptions are charged in advance and renew until canceled. The person who explicitly claims billing responsibility may manage or cancel the subscription through Link. Cancellation stops renewal at the end of the current paid period. Refunds are subject to applicable law, the checkout terms, and the policies presented for the transaction.

Acceptable use

Do not use Lumro to impersonate people, harass members, make automated high-impact decisions, extract unrelated personal data, evade a platform rule, violate law, or access a server or channel without authority. We may pause access that creates a security, privacy, abuse, or provider-compliance risk.

Community data and product rights

You keep your rights in community data and grant Lumro the limited permission needed to host, retrieve, transform, and transmit that data to provide the service. Lumro retains its software, prompts, interfaces, and general know-how. Feedback may be used to improve Lumro without identifying your community publicly unless you separately agree to a case study.

Availability and warranties

The pilot is provided on an as-available basis. We will use reasonable care, but do not promise uninterrupted service, a particular answer quality, revenue improvement, retention result, or compatibility with every Discord configuration. Provider outages and policy changes can affect the service.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Lumro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Lumro's total liability arising from the paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for Lumro during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

Ending the service

You may pause or disconnect a pilot at any time. Disconnecting deletes the synchronized community data described in the privacy notice but does not by itself cancel the paid subscription through Link. We may suspend or end access for nonpayment, abuse, security risk, loss of provider access, or a material breach of these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the design-partner service changes. Material changes for an active paid customer will apply prospectively after reasonable notice. Questions begin on the Lumro support page.
