Start with a private message

Tell us your community name and whether you need setup, product, billing, or privacy help. If a call is the best next step, request one in the message and we will arrange it privately.

Lumro does not publish a customer-support phone number or email address. Your private account verification details are not used as public support contact information.

Billing and cancellation

Use the private Billing button in Lumro's Discord control room whenever it is available. The organization's acknowledged billing owner can open secure Checkout or manage renewal there. If that control is unavailable, message support before creating another payment attempt.

Privacy and deletion

An authorized administrator can disconnect Lumro and delete synchronized community data through the customer controls. Message support if you cannot reach those controls or believe access is incorrect.

Keep secrets out of support messages

Do not send card details, passwords, Discord tokens, Stripe credentials, private-preview links, or private member messages. We will ask for the minimum nonsecret context needed to locate the issue.
