What the first pilot actually does
- 1I prepare the preview. You test onboarding, eligibility, support, and policy questions without connecting Discord.
- 2You choose the boundary. Lumro shows the staff accounts and channels from your verified server; nothing starts on installation alone.
- 3Your staff tests privately. They use /lumro ask in the selected channel. Each response stays ephemeral during the pilot.
- 4You decide with evidence. Keep testing, pause the pilot, disconnect and delete synchronized data, or continue on the founding plan.
Fair questions
Will Lumro talk to everyone in my server?
No. You choose the exact staff accounts and exact Discord channel for the pilot. Lumro answers only an explicit /lumro ask command, and the reply is visible only to the person testing it. Expanding that boundary is a separate decision.
What happens when the history does not support an answer?
Lumro is instructed to say what it cannot establish and send the question to staff instead of inventing a policy, price, deadline, or eligibility rule. The private preview lets you test those weak spots before the bot enters your server.
What does Lumro read?
For a live pilot, you authorize one bounded Discord channel history. The setup screen shows the boundary before synchronization starts. You can disconnect the integration and delete synchronized community data from the dashboard.
Do I need to pay before I can test it?
No. The personalized preview needs no installation, and the staff pilot is free for 14 days beginning with the first authorized /lumro ask request. After one staff answer succeeds and reaches Discord, the billing owner may continue for $99/month per customer organization. Checkout is optional until the free access ends; buying sooner charges immediately. Billing never widens the Discord rollout.
